Case Study DetailsObjective:We were asked to activate hospitality events that provided Chevrolet product demonstrations for employees and potential consumers who worked at Medical facilities in the northeast region. These events were designed to showcase the Chevrolet lineup to a female demographic in a mobile auto show format. Program Details:The program was activated in 5 cities throughout the northeast. Activation included a 1600-1800 sq ft tent area, seating for up to 500 people, a lead generation area, and staging for three Chevrolet vehicle demonstrations. These intimate events provided catered lunch to staff employees while they received product demonstrations on the Chevy Malibu, Tahoe Hybrid, and Cobalt. In addition, OnStar demonstrations also showed the convenience and features of the car safety and vehicle security system. Consumers were encouraged to interact with our Product Information Specialist for in-depth inquiries about any of the vehicles in the Chevy Lineup. Program Outcomes:We provided one-on-one product specialist interactions with over 600 consumers and collected over 2000-targeted leads. Our staff engaged all of these consumers in a one on one setting by providing lunch and leaving a lasting brand impression for Chevrolet. Location:
