Chevy Patriotic Festival | Chevy - Patriotic Festival |
Case Study DetailsObjective:As an event presented by the USO (United Service Organizations) and Chevrolet, the Virginia Beach Patriotic Festival is the largest military celebration to honor armed forces personnel and their families. Our task was to fully service this event for Chevrolet in promotion of the all-new Malibu and Traverse. We were requested for consulting, event and logistical management, display design & manufacturing, consumer gift procurement, and promotional staff. Program Details:We displayed 15 vehicles in various Virginia Beach locations. Displays consisted of feather banners, lead generations desks, dealer staff and promotional models. Elevated platforms showcased a Tahoe and Silverado adjacent to the stage of such acts as Sugarland and Brian McKnight. These vehicles provided Chevrolet enormous exposure throughout the weekend as thousands of fans/consumers attended the events. Lead generation onsite offered a chance to win the all-new 2008 Malibu through the Malibu Sweepstakes. Staff also passed out “Chevy-Patriotic Festival” T-shirts as an immediate incentive and instant give-a-way which provided brand buzz and spread the Chevrolet brand name around the beach the entire weekend. Program Outcomes:We successfully executed this event by providing value for our clients. With a complete planning process, we were able to elevate the look of the prior display properties and signage with better aesthetically designed banners and lead generation stations. Local Chevrolet dealers were pleased with the outcome of the event, with over 2500 quality leads, and how we executed Chevrolet’s support for our nation’s military force and their families.
