The Kennedy Center Program

Case Study Details

Objective:

The objective of this program was to strengthen Cadillac's commitment to the arts, while at the same time providing great consumer experiences with the Cadillac brand.  This allows Cadillac to align itself with the prestigious Kennedy Center, meanwhile giving potential consumers a view into the brand's luxurious product line. 

Program Details:

We were responsible for providing turnkey event management, display services, and lead generation. Our task was to manage and hire staff for lead generation and product interactions. Additionally, we were responsible for display concept and execution while providing Cadillac with a premium presence at the Kennedy Center Jazz Club.  This was a year long program at the Kennedy Center and consisted of five three-day weekends during the year. 

Our display properties consisted of one static vehicle display which was strategically placed near a high traffic entrance. This display created a showroom presence with its enclosed design.  As an added benefit, we also provided consumers with complimentary coffee and punch. 

Lead generation was done in the major halls - Hall of States and Hall of Nations. Consumers are provided with great premium gifts such as jazz CD's and tickets to world-renown performances and operas. 

Program Outcomes:

After successfully managing this program for multiple years, we have provided unique and memorable product demonstrations and created thousands of consumer experiences that have led to tracked sales.
