Plain and simple…a businesses’ primary focus is to sell products and services to its customers. Our job is to help bring an emotional connection for our client’s brand to their consumer. The best way to connect with them is by providing a planned consumer experience. Since the ultimate goal of marketing is to get consumers to buy the product, we must create a long lasting memory for them to associate with our client’s brand. If people remember something meaningful, funny, enjoyable, or memorable, they tell others about it. The consumers are more likely to involve themselves with that memory again and again. The + Factor:

Personal Reactive Marketing is a concept that can only take place for a brand's consumers if there are ambassadors that have what we call the "+ Factor."   The + Factor is what we require from our staff to be able to creatively transform an ordinary interaction into a memorable experience.  It's about understanding the consumers and how to use the time with them.
